Vulcano island stretches out for 21 km and is the third island of the Aeolian archipelago (Lipari Isles).
It is characterized by an upland of lava and bank of tuff, by the well-known Black Sand Beach with very fine black sand of volcanic origins that is located in the bay of Ponente, by the beach of the harbour of Levante, near the thermal mud and to the sea with thermal water where is possible to bath all year round.

How to reach us
Vulcano Island can be easily reached in a short time by ferry boats and hydrofoils from Milazzo (Messina).
Moreover there are good connections to Palermo, Naples, Messina, Reggio Calabria.
